The data controller is Andrii Shramko (details in the imprint above). Contact for any privacy request: zmei116@gmail.com.
When you submit the contact form we collect your name and email (required) and, if you choose, your phone, company, event type and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry, to scope a possible light-show service and to be able to get back to you later about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (GDPR/RODO Art. 6(1)(b)).
In a SQLite database inside our application container on a server in the EU (Hetzner, Finland). When notifications are enabled, a message saying only “a new lead arrived” is sent to the owner via Telegram — your personal details are not sent over Telegram.
Without a fixed time limit — until you ask us to delete it — so that we can get back to you later (for example about your next event), even years from now. Legal basis for keeping it: our legitimate interest in being able to contact you again (GDPR/RODO Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time. To have your data deleted, email zmei116@gmail.com and we will remove it from the database.
On this website — but not on the live light-show / join page — we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand in aggregate how the site and the app are used: which pages are visited, which buttons and links are clicked, roughly how many people tried a show, how many phones joined and how long shows lasted. It loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; consent is off by default — until you accept, nothing is loaded from or sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. After you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_46C2GKVHPR (a random identifier of your browser, first-party on lightshow.flyreelstudio.eu); the event data is kept for 14 months. We never send your name, email, phone or message to Google Analytics; Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Reject” — analytics stops at once and the _ga cookies are deleted. This may involve a transfer to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR/RODO Art. 6(1)(a)).
The same controller runs the optional after-show game at game.flyreelstudio.eu. It asks for its own consent: only after “Accept” there it loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-ETW2D67D8F, cookies _ga and _ga_ETW2D67D8F, 14 months) to count, in aggregate, how many people started the game, whether the 3D world loaded and which errors happened. Without consent nothing is sent to Google. Separately the game server keeps anonymous counters (how many players joined, how long the world took to load) with no IP address, name or account. You can withdraw via “Cookie settings” on the game page.
If you upload your own audio to run a light show, the file is analyzed into a light timeline and is also stored and streamed to the phones in your session so everyone hears the music in sync. It is kept only for that purpose and deleted automatically when you close the page (after a short grace period) or within 24 hours, whichever comes first; it is not published anywhere beyond your session, not linked to your identity, and not used for anything else. You are responsible for holding the rights to any music you upload — public performance may require a licence from a collecting society (in Poland, ZAiKS). This feature is off unless the operator enables it.
The console that runs a show can switch its light source from an uploaded track to the microphone of the device the operator is using, so the lights follow the music actually playing in the room. In that mode the browser asks the operator for microphone permission. No audio is recorded, stored, uploaded or sent anywhere. The sound is analysed on that device only, and the sole thing that leaves it is a single loudness number between 0 and 1, about 20 times a second, which the phones use to set brightness. Nothing is written to disk and nothing survives the page being closed. Audience phones are never asked for microphone access.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to the processing, and withdraw any consent — email us and we will action it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Podstawa prawna: Twoja zgoda (RODO art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a).
Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
