Turn a whole crowd's phones into one synchronized light show, in time with the music. The audience scans a QR code, and every phone flashes together — a wave of light across the room. Works on any phone, no app to install.
Scanned a QR at an event?
Join a light show →An operator builds a playlist and projects a QR. Each phone syncs its clock to the server and runs a pre-computed light timeline locally, so the whole crowd flashes together even on a busy network. The phone screen is the light on every device; on Android the real flashlight can be used too.
It's free and open-source (Apache-2.0). Run your own: github.com/AndriiShramko/crowd-light-show. Operator console: /operator.
